Aspire to Inspire Behavioral Health and Addiction Services, LLC, is a behavioral health, consultation, and clinical supervision practice based in West Virginia with locations in Hurricane (Teays Valley) and St. Albans.  It was founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Dr. Kari Mika-Lude and Allen Lude and is conveniently located between Charleston and Huntington.  Kari is a licensed and board-certified professional counselor, clinical supervisor, and professor.  Allen is a retired firefighter/EMT and has experienced firsthand the physical and emotional stress of being a first responder.
