Aspire to Inspire Behavioral Health and Addiction Services, LLC, is a behavioral health, consultation, and clinical supervision practice based in West Virginia with locations in Hurricane (Teays Valley) and St. Albans. It was founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Dr. Kari Mika-Lude and Allen Lude and is conveniently located between Charleston and Huntington. Allen is a West Virginia native and retired firefighter/EMT who has experienced firsthand the physical and emotional stress of being a first responder. Kari moved to West Virginia in 2017. She is a licensed and board-certified professional counselor, clinical supervisor, and professor.

We pride ourselves on being a small business founded and run by a clinician, not corporations. Aspire to Inspire is not affiliated with any nationwide platforms backed by venture capital. We have never, and will never, partner or contract with any third-party "big tech" companies that prioritize profits over ethics. Our commitment is to you.
