Personal Information: If you reach out to us through our website, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, and email address so that we can respond to you.  If/when you decide to establish therapy services, we collect all information necessary to establish care, including, but not limited to, contact information, insurance information, billing details, social security number, and any other information required for therapy services.  The latter information is not collected via our website but rather through our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal.

Usage Information: We may collect non-personal information about how you interact with our website(s) and/or social media channels, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and page(s) visited.  We use essential cookies to track visitor interaction and ensure website functionality. 

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information you provide to establish and maintain your therapy services, including contacting you, matching you with one of our licensed therapists, scheduling appointments, billing, and communication related to your therapy sessions.

All personal and sensitive information collected for billing and therapy services is stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.

Data Security

Our website(s) are hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Data collected via our website(s) may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All information collected for billing and therapy services is stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.

Disclosure of Information

We will not disclose your personal or sensitive information to third parties without your prior written consent, except in cases where mandated reporting is required by law (e.g., suspected child abuse, elder abuse, abuse of persons with disabilities, or threats of harm to self or others).

If you reach out to us via our website(s) or social media channels, we may attempt to contact you by telephone, email, and/or text message, depending on the contact information you provide upon your initial outreach.  Once you have established services with us, we may contact you about scheduling, appointment reminders, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our practice, or as otherwise necessary to contact you.  For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, postal mail, and/or our secure client portal.
