In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, we ask that you do not come to the office if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, or body aches. We offer telehealth as an option if you do not wish to cancel your session.

ABOUT
MICHELLE

Michelle LeGault, MSW, LICSW;
Therapist
(she/her/hers)

We, as human beings, share common ground in that living is full of both joys and sorrows, challenges and changes. Sometimes things happen in life that you would have preferred not happen. As a result, you may feel scared and confused, either because of the events themselves or perhaps because of how you view these events.
You are not alone!
I see therapy as a healing art that helps people experience events in more positive, self-affirming ways. Using a variety of different approaches based on your individual needs, we will examine your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors to help you respond to challenges in ways that work best for YOU.
Therapy will require hard work from both of us, and it is my mission and my privilege to assist you in achieving growth and change.
