It can be difficult to reach out for help and even more difficult to admit that you could use some guidance.  When you are struggling, having someone in your corner to help you overcome the hurdles in your journey can be helpful.

I take a holistic approach, focusing on the symptoms you identify and how they affect you in all areas of your life.  We will work as a team to figure out the root cause and find the healthiest ways to cope.  The treatment plan will be individualized to YOU, as no two people are exactly the same.

Much of our work together will focus on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact with one another.  We will work on challenging and modifying problematic thoughts in order to create a more constructive outlook.  We will also explore your relationship dynamics and how this affects your daily life and work on establishing effective and assertive communication skills.
