Kristin Pruitt
I believe therapy is most effective when tailored to an individual's needs and learning style. Whether you learn best through seeing, hearing, reading, writing, or doing, I want to ensure that sessions are meaningful and engaging for you.
I like to incorporate creative approaches like movement, games, and music. My practice is rooted in evidence-based techniques including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Impact Therapy, and EMDR, while also drawing from other modalities to meet your unique needs.
I deeply understand the value of having a supportive environment in which to heal and grow, and I am dedicated to empowering my clients to improve their daily lives, enhance their relationships, and achieve their goals. Together, we will uncover your strengths and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
