ABOUT TERINA

Terina Gardner
MA, LPC, ALPS, NCC, NBCT; Therapist
(she/her/hers)

Working with
Terina Gardner

I specialize in helping adolescents, youth adults, veterans, first responders, and others who have experienced trauma or are navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck.
As a veteran who has served in a variety of locations both at home and abroad, I know firsthand the toll that high-pressure and unpredictable environments can take on a person's mental health. Additionally, as the spouse of a veteran, I personally understand the unique experiences and transitions that military families face. Supporting service members, first responders, and their loved ones is a deeply personal mission for me.
We'll start out by understanding what's bringing you to therapy and what goals matter most to you. From there, we'll work together to identify barriers, explore challenges, and determine a path forward that is centered around your strengths and values.
Whether you're looking for support through a transition, healing from past experiences, or simply seeking greater clarity and confidence, I can provide a safe, welcoming environment for you so you can begin creating meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
