Are you concerned about your mental health or possibly feeling anxious or depressed? Maybe you are struggling with relationships, experiencing low self-esteem, or having trouble navigating the everyday stresses of life. If so, you have come to the right place! My focus involves supporting and educating children, teens, adults, and families so that they can more effectively manage their feelings and communicate with those that care about them. We will pay special attention to developing coping and problem-solving skills while learning how thoughts, feelings, and actions are related. I use a person-centered approach tailored to the unique needs of your situation so that we can work together to meet therapeutic goals and decrease symptoms. With 20 years social work experience, 5 years as a School Counselor, and now 3+ years in private practice, I feel that I can help you achieve your goals. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Brief Strategic Family Therapy and offer a warm supportive environment to discuss and plan for making positive changes in your life.
