ABOUT
BRANDI

Brandi Trail, MA, LPC, NCC; Therapist
(she/her/hers)

Whether you have a clear goal for change, or you're lacking clarity but know you just want to feel better, I'm here to be your guiding light. My passion lies in helping teens and adults improve their lives by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to achieve what's important to you. While we cannot control the difficult experiences life throws our way, we can choose to face them constructively and find our way back to happiness.
Therapy certainly isn't a quick fix, but it can yield results equal to the effort you invest. If you're ready to make that investment, I'll be there every step of the way!
