I want to help you become the best version of yourself. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families through issues such as addiction, relationship distress, family conflict, and much more. I use a strengths-based, holistic approach and will match my therapeutic techniques with your unique needs in order to help you live a more productive, fulfilling, and successful life.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort between client and therapist to decrease symptoms, improve quality of life, and achieve goals. I bring twenty years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields, and I believe that you are the expert on you. You don't have to go through this alone!
