In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, we ask that you do not come to the office if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, or body aches. We offer telehealth as an option if you do not wish to cancel your session.

ABOUT
KACEY

Kacey Nowlin, MA, LPC, CCBT; Therapist

I know that considering therapy can be a thoughtful process that you may feel unsure about. I do my best to provide a warm and relaxed environment. I prefer using a more conversational style in sessions. While very down to earth, I'm passionate about what I do, and your wellness is very important to me.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means that I will collaborate with you to work through the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be creating symptoms or discomfort. We will build your treatment plan together and explore ways to lower your stress reactions, build better self-image, lower anger, and establish healthy self-care.
Together, we will seek hope, personal growth, and healing.
