Mental health is a key part of our overall well-being, and it looks a little different for everyone.  Whether you're struggling with a significant life change or simply desire a safe space to process daily life stressors, we can figure out what wellness looks like for you... and then work together to achieve it!

I approach counseling from a psychodynamic framework, which means that we may explore themes from your childhood to better understand your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.  Ultimately, therapy is your space, so the process will always be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Aspire Counseling is thrilled to have Bentley on board!  She will allow us to be even more flexible with our sliding fee scale (as low as $35/session, dependent on household income), helping us to make mental healthcare even more accessible to the communities we serve.  Bentley has a stellar academic record and is currently a graduate student at the prestigious Northwestern University.  And, because she is fully supervised by a licensed therapist, it's like getting two therapists for the cost of one!

If you are uninsured, have a high-deductible policy, or have a type of insurance we are unable to accept, please ask about our sliding fee scale!
